Reminder emails go out automatically for missing documents and approaching expiry dates, so follow-up no longer depends on spreadsheets and email.
Who it is for, and where it stands
We are designing VenKeep first for US general contractors and property management companies working with 20 to 200 vendors. Daily users are office managers, compliance leads, project coordinators and accounting staff. This target has not yet been validated with customers.
VenKeep is a working product that has not been released. Some parts, such as sending real email, have not yet been tried with a live service. Pricing and a release date have not been announced.
