Scope and provider
The site is provided by ECHO Technologies, based in Istanbul, Türkiye ("ECHO", "we"); contact: hello@madebyecho.xyz. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR notice.
Purpose of the site and content
The site presents ECHO, its services, the products it is developing and its notes. The content is carefully prepared general information; we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and it is not professional advice. Service and product descriptions are not a binding offer; a written quote is given separately for each project. The site assistant's answers are generated automatically and are not binding.
Access and changes
The site is free. We may change, suspend or remove the site or any part of it at any time and do not promise uninterrupted access.
Acceptable use
Use the contact form and the site assistant only for genuine requests; do not send unlawful content, advertising or automated submissions, and do not send other people's personal data without the right to do so. Do not disrupt the site, run unauthorised security tests, try to bypass rate limits or copy content in bulk. Sending a message does not by itself create a contract.
Intellectual property
The site's content, including texts, images, design, logo and code, belongs to ECHO or its licensors and is protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Short quotations with attribution and saving pages for personal use are permitted; other uses require our permission. You may not use the ECHO name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us. Third-party marks and names belong to their owners. Third-party models and content are subject to their own licences as stated on the Licences page; the limits in this section do not restrict the rights those licences grant. External links
The site links to third-party sites (social media, manufacturer documents, providers). We do not control or endorse their content; their owners are responsible for it. We remove links we learn to be unlawful.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of or inability to use the site except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Consumers' statutory rights are not limited by this clause.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version and date are published on this page. Continuing to use the site means the current terms apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. The rights of consumers to apply to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of their place of residence, and mandatory consumer protection rules of other countries, remain unaffected.
