Peptomy — Peptide and Anatomy Reference

Peptomy is a web reference ECHO is building for physicians and researchers. It brings together each peptide's sequence, target, licensing status and evidence, and lets you select bones and muscles one by one in a 3D atlas. It gives no dosing, protocol or purchasing information.

Peptides, one by one

Each peptide appears with its sequence, target, licensing status and evidence. The molecule is shown in 3D: every amino acid in the chain is a coloured bead.

You can filter the list by body system and target, and compare peptides side by side.

Bones and muscles in 3D

The atlas holds only the skeleton and the muscles, and every bone and muscle can be selected on its own.

You can set the muscle depth, search for a muscle and focus on it, list by region, hide or isolate.

Sources first

Each piece of information is tied to its source. The muscle panel brings together the Turkish, English and Latin names, origin, insertion, nerve and action.

Entries are drafts for now and have not had expert review, which is one reason Peptomy is not yet released.

What it does not do, and where it stands

Peptomy gives no dosing, protocol or purchasing information, makes no health claims and does not replace a physician.

The interface is in Turkish and English. Peptomy is in development; pricing and a release date have not been announced.

Peptomy is still in development. If you are a physician or researcher and want to share your view, write to us.
