01
Start with your order file
Load the order file you download from Amazon, Etsy, Trendyol, Hepsiburada or n11 (Excel .xlsx or CSV). Margenta guesses the columns itself; if one is matched wrongly, you can correct it while importing.
You enter a product's cost once per barcode, and later files don't ask again. If the file contains the real commission amount for an order, Margenta uses it instead of an estimated rate.
02
Net profit at a glance
Revenue, the amount paid out to you, platform fees and product cost sit side by side, with net profit and margin first. You see how much of a sale stays with you on one screen.
Commission and fee rates are not built into the app. You enter the rates for each marketplace yourself; Margenta links to that marketplace's official fee page and warns you about any line you have left empty.
03
Day by day, marketplace by marketplace
The profit and revenue chart shows the period you choose day by day. If you sell on more than one marketplace, their net profit is compared side by side.
When different currencies are combined into one total, Margenta converts them automatically at the daily exchange rate; you do not enter rates. If a rate cannot be fetched, that currency stays out of the total and the app says so.
04
Which products earn, which ones lose
Where the money goes, the most profitable products and the loss-making ones are listed separately, and loss-making rows are marked in red. You can export the results as CSV.
Your data stays in your browser's own storage and is not sent to any server; Margenta goes online only to fetch a public exchange-rate table, and that request contains no order data. Margenta is in development; it has not been released yet, and pricing and a release date have not been announced. Marketplace names are trademarks of their owners; Margenta is not affiliated with these marketplaces.
